A$AP Rocky is possibly in the biggest legal fight of his life.
The rapper is facing trial on two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm related to an alleged 2021 shooting incident in Hollywood - and has turned down a plea deal from the prosecution.
Rocky, 36, is accused of firing shots at Terell Ephron - aka A$AP Relli - who claims the alleged shots “grazed his knuckles.”

It is not out of the realm of possibility, it is possible that the officers missed it because they were not there. Relli was there so he knew exactly where to look, had the cops been there with Rellli they might of all found it together. Also, this report is missing key facts. 1. The was a witness who testified that she saw the fight occur. 2. She called 911 and reported it - audio of the call was played. the most important slam dunk is that 3. Rocky was on camera showing the gun and ASSAULTING THE VICTIM! 4. audio of the gun shots being fired was also played during trial, did you guys not watch the trial? how much clearler can you get that he is guilty? The victim also went to the hospital and it was confirmed he was grazed by a bullet. Why did this report leave out these facts, whoever the first girl is, she is so unprofessional, report both sides of the argument. It is tacky to not believe a victims story especially when there is so much evidence proving that rocky is guilty, it was on camera he assaulted Relli. Lol this report was just bad.

actually it wasn't confirmed he was grazed by the bullet. Relli himself has said he is actually not sure if it was from the bullet or not! In the video footage there was a back and forth between both of them - Relli had his hands on rocky too. There is no video evidence of Rocky holding up the gun pointing it AT Relli (which is one of the assault charges). Also for the second charge i.e. firing AT Relli that can't really be seen in the footage either so it's not clear that he is guilty or not. Furthermore there is NO video evidence of Relli going back to the scene with his girlfriend as he claimed to find the shell casings. The footage they showed of an individual in that area he claims was NOT him (in fact his own words were that the person looked like a 'homeless man'). Relli is definitely lying in his testimony and has impeached himself soooo many times! He deleted texts between him and Rocky and he is on a recording talking about getting money from Rocky and how he doesn't care about the prosecution case he said he will be on an island somewhere with his money- interesting right? I don't think it's as clear cut as you think thats all! Have to wait for the rest of the witnesses and trial to complete before making a decision.
