If a police officer stops me for any reason you do not have the right, or privilege, to ask the officer why. The officer was polite and she was rude. Hopefully, you understand the chaos it would cause if anyone and everyone were allowed to ask the officer what's going on every time they stop somebody. If you think for one minute that if he answered her question she would have said "oh, ok, thank you for telling me" ... then you watched a different video than I did.
