this isn’t her but i’m a ballet dancer/ contortionist and my stretching routine is all three spilts and overspilts, write the abcs with your toes ( trust me ) butterfly, cat and cow, and then i put both my legs behind my head and do arm stretches ( just look up a vid on arm stretchs ) and then i stretch my legs on barre 🩰

Maybe I'm wrong but shouldnt she have some sort of lubrication on before gua sha-ing like a moisturiser or something so shes not dragging her skin? And surely it's a bit too abrasive to use a clarasonic twice a day, I wouldn't think she would need it in the morning if shes done a good enough job the night before? IDK i just think shes unnecessarily aggravating her skin in the morning

Scout would like the Nurse Jamie tourmaline roller. It depuffs the arms, decloete, & face. She also needs to invest in a few synthetic eye brushes. The brushes would provide more control & precise placement of her shadow. Using her fingers to reapply makeup adds oil & dirt back onto the face.

You know you actually do not need to push or circle the clairsonic like that at all especially that hard, the clairsonic was engineered to vibrate and loosen up the dirt/sebum/ect you can literally just move it around your face with a good amount of water and cleanser and you will get everything. Dont mean to become a comment dermatologist but genuinely looking out for you girl your skin barrier gonna be ruined if your that harsh with it
