I think the staff handled it very well & were very friendly the lady with curly hair was nice and fair given their understanding of drone flight. Firstly the money Google pay is for the channel, not individual videos. Secondly, the video is not commissioned or produced by anyone, it's the personal decision of the content creator to make it.

I do like this younger lady (not for a moment that I dislike the older lady). Both are wrong from a legal perspective, but the younger lady has excellent interpersonal skills and I would definitely hire her as a front facing member of staff. The younger lady also has a very personal demeanour which contributes to her attractive persona. Moreover, she appears to be a volunteer so has a kind heart I suspect. She is also well spoken and polite which is nice to see. Overall, an excellent audit in which both sides ultimately come out well.
