Our local chippy in Swindon is good BUT nowhere near as good as Palms chippy in Tenerife , the best fish and chips I have ever tasted was from the golden kitchen , Bassett Avenue , Bicester , the owner was a guy called John (Juan) Fernandez , however the palms runs it a close second 👍 ps I used to supply fish & chips shops with oils , fats , fish and other goodies , so I’ve eaten a fair few Fish and Chips as a result 👍

Their mains are not much better, everything is served with frozen veg and a chipped cup of dead gravy. when you order a jacket potato and a plain chicken breast. It's a shock. I expect a lot goes in the waste disposal. Yuk.
