it was watchdogs but they nerfed it and made it impossible to use in pvm encounters

on release, there was a runelite plugin called "watchdog" that took the bosses text and put it above your head. you could filter out words as well making it so it only says the gear item above your head when the boss does its special. It's been removed since but was nice while around. Now a days you just need to zoom out a bit further to see the boss text or read your in-game chatbox

I got an elite clue from mining volcanic ash, no combat achievements done so normal rate. I have no idea what the rate is, didn't make any calculations. I did make the assumption that it's most likely very rare. :D And also, love the content as always! :)
