My first thought as well. I was expecting the RZR to sit much lower with a wider track on the skis. Don't see how this will be able to handle anything more than calm bays and swamps.

At best 20k per jet ski and 30k for the UTV using highest expense regarding the vehicles to cannibalize bring it up to 70k base not counting you'll resell of parts you won't use which is over 80% of the UTV to soak up labor and the small detail parts needed to combine them. More likely, 5k jet skiis and a 3k UTV. 13k before labor or selling the extra parts. 3 times the price rule so at best 210k or 39k. Assuming somewhere in the middle this thing realistically shouldn't be more than 144k.

I promise you that this is on a whole different level of fun as compared to a jet ski. This is easily driven at 85mph over chop without fatigue or getting sprayed in the face with sea water while maintaining the ride of a Cadillac

Good questions. Definitely looks top heavy and easy to capsize. Good thing is that the space is not enclosed so extricating from the vehicle should be easy in a worse case scenario

It's actually very bottom heavy. The cage is custom fabricated from titanium and carbon fiber. it only weighs 238lbs from the suspension up.

Not at all. These vehicles are completely made from titanium and carbon composites. We're working on a four and six seat version currently. The bulk of the weight is below the water line of the vehicle

Why use your knees as suspension when you can use your back! Also lets raise the centre of gravity up 2 ft, then give it no way to bank into corners.. Also, looks like you will drown if it rolls... Amazing engineering!

It's not actually made from any of those vehicles. Its a custom titanium cage, and the hulls are carbon composite. It looks like those vehicles, but its actually quite a bit larger.

It probably makes the most sense to read about it. Its completely built from Titanium and Carbon Fiber. It's 302lbs above the water line, and it has self righting capabilities. Its also not very easy to flip. Its like saying, "what if an offshore race boat flips?" It is capable of things nothing else on the water can do. Its certainly not for everyone, but we're sold out through 2023 at this point. I rather enjoy our niche.

@@onewheat we decided not to do any boat shows this year because it’s hard to go and tell people with yachts you’re sold out and stay friends. I’m actually from Ohio myself, so I’m sure I’ll want to drive around Cedar Point sooner or later. That being said you will see us at SEMA this year, where nothing I mentioned is an issue. We’re looking to produce six to ten units per month until all current build deliveries are made.

Well, the issue is the required materials. Everything is built from Titanium and Carbon fiber. The engines alone cost around $30,000, and the hulls take around 100 man hours each. We have numerous patents, and there’s lots more engineering and capability than you would expect. There’s really not as much margin as one might think given everything required to build the vehicles. Because of the extreme forces, and necessity to resist corrosion while weighing very little. It’s not made from donor vehicles, and trying to do so would be very dangerous. Trust me, my goal is to make these vehicles accessible to everyone. However, we are not willing to cut corners for additional profit or reduce cost at the expense of safety. If there was another way to accomplish building a vehicle like this, I would be all over it. However, we’re perfectly willing to license any required patents to an entity capable of doing things in a more cost effective way. The reality is that we build Lamborghini/Ferrari quality vehicles. My dream was to make something like the Typhoon possible, and it took seven years worth of prototypes and engineering to make things work. I hope that makes sense.

There are no videos of it flipping because it will not flip. You wouldn't drown because there's an automatically inflatable vest that would pull you out if someone ever did find a way to flip one.
