It's not nonsense. It is a equal trade but because after you recapture the bishop, your two pawns come in line and another pawn is hanging if you ever move the rook. Also, you cannot castle on that side anymore, therefore you will be at a disadvantage.

Once your queen is lost and the next move you don't keep the opponent king busy(check) till check mate, it will not work. At the end why will white move the pawn forward attacking black bishop,white can place the queen attacking both black bishop and knight And black will be in trouble ! Not gonna happen. Bishop won't back out. Most of the time Knight will take pawn in h4 sacrificing knight for 2 pawns giving him a strong pin on blacks queen

Wow , until the move order Bg5 h6 Bh4 g5 and Bg3 , it is a 90% common position in most of the Italian games I played as black. But never thought about the possibility of attacking white further by playing ...h5 ...h4 especially with the help of those surprising moves ...Bg4 and Nd4 ! I'm glad to learn this kind of trap !

Because you can't. Taking with the rook isn't check. Opponent will just take your pawn with his other pawn then you have to retreat your rook and you are in a losing position.
