This was such a difficult prayer to listen to, I was expecting a nighttime prayer and was taken aback by the words which left me in tears. My marriage has been the opposite of this prayer, shining light on my greatest weaknesses and failures to live up to the promise I made so many years ago. I often ponder divorce and ask God to intercede with an answer to our unhappiness. If you should read this, please pray for me to the Lord, Our God, for forgiveness, mercy, and divine intervention.
