The real stress is the maintance and licensing. Outside of that I feel the hardest part of a hot dog truck is just the prepping, but I assume they do 95% of it at home with no stress.

You can tell how good the food and he is by the way people interact with him. Being in the service industry, people can be pretty brutal at times and completely indifferent the majority.
