Grant me a restful night's sleep so I can wake refreshed and ready for a new day. Thank You for blessings too numerous to count and beyond what I deserve. Continue to protect my family and me tonight. Keep us safe from all harm and fear, allowing us to rest peacefully for the tasks that await us tomorrow.

I have what doctor's call fibromyalgia. I'm allergic to the medications prescribed for it. My body feels like a Christmas tree all lit up. So I can't fall asleep tonight. I have a busy day when the new day dawn's and I need to be rested up so I can better serve the Lord and my family. It wears you down. I don't have time to take a day off. I don't want to take the day off. I love my life and what the Lord is doing in my life. However, tonight I am tired and my body hurts all over. Pray I get some rest for what is left of this night.
