Surprised you’re a new fan but I have to agree with your take. I discovered his tunes through interviews of him and liking him as a person before I got into his music right before flower boy came out and it solidified me as a fan also. Then IGOR came out and omg man it blew me away

Just hearing Igor's Theme makes me tear up because I instantly think about life before Covid and how everything just stopped. It's also aged like fine wine, not all of my friends liked it when it dropped but now everyone loves it.

I'll never forget when I first listened to Igor, which was my first album introduction to Tyler having listened to him in isolation through singles. I was in Turkey when it released and spent about 30 minutes waiting for it to download on the slow ass internet and listened to it from start to finish, on my own as it was early in the morning and no one else was up. Everytime I hear something from Igor, I'm transported back to the first time I listened to it and hear something new each time I listen to it.
