Then alternative means of Silent Protest can be found. [Mahatma Gandhi has given us the Wisdom to express our Grievances and Dissent, in a number of (peaceful) ways.] Dr. Chandrachud's term as CJI is NOT "accepted" by law officers and People at large. A derogatory exit is the minimum that is required to "express" our dissent against the ruling established (oppressive and suppresive; we are not allowed to speak; Silent Protest - Land Of Mahatma Gandhi; NOT North Korea).

I'm not an investigative journalist; but I strongly believe that Justice Chandrachud is unable to deliver the judgment he wants to due to threats against him and his family by certain members of the executive. Could that also be the reason why the prime minister barged into the CJI's residence during Ganesh Puja, did Aarti along with his family and made a video of that ceremony viral? We all know the root of the problem in India but are too terrified to speak our minds. Mind my words, India will soon witness violent demonstrations against the ruling party and we will witness what happened in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. 😢

The ruling establishment thinks that it has a PhD in winning election; So, the people will not come on the streets. RSS-kul lacks "Wisdom". RSS-kul was/is never equipped to run the country.

There is NO justification whatsoever for the CJI to acquiesce to the executive. The fact as strongly pointed out by Mr Dushyant Dave is that he has the authority to stand for what is right as per the Constitution and the Law, and is well protected by the Constitution. Therefore, no excuse.

As a member of the legal fraternity, I had extremely high hopes from the tenure of the current CJI; firstly, because he has one of the longest tenures in the recent past and secondly, because of his long-standing ties with the judiciary. However, I must admit, he's deeply disappointed the entire fraternity with such objectionable conduct while in office. If such behaviour percolates to the subordinate judiciary and the High Courts, it'd be catastrophic for the nation.

The present CJI Mr. Junior Chandrachud had himself questioned his father Senior Chandrachud's verdict on Mrs. Gandhi's judgement which he had delivered in his Mrs. Gandhi's favour during the Emergency (The junior Chandrachud- the present CJI had publicly said after his father's death- he did not have the guts to question his father in public while he was alive). The junior Chandrachud- the present CJI had said that what a judge should consider and analyze while passing judgement. Today he himself has a become a case study : "An emblematic case of Mr. D. Chandrachud: What not to do as a Judge?" - A PhD topic!
