A Better Servo Turnout Motor

This is an assembly video of a new and different type of servo based turnout motor for model railroad turnout control. Using 3d printed parts, this version provides more torque, quick assembly and easier adjustment compared to other options.

This is a fantastic mount, I designed my own plus one type with Microswitches and with the Piano wire as a hook in the arm when the Servo decides to do a full 90deg it pulls the wire out of the Point, and I think I can use your idea and modify my existing mounts, I have made about 30 plus spares of about 10 for my existing layout so may be all change time, and your idea is much more reliable ... Frog polarity and feedback for an indicator or signal. Ive used them to switch a relay too

Is there a source for these? Or a thingiverse file? I like how these use full rotation to move the points rather than having to calibrate swing, the foolproof microswitch mounting is genius.

Nothing I can share yet as this is still a work in progress. It has been installed and works well, but a couple of parts need a little redesign to make them stronger. Unfortunately I am in the process of moving out of state so I will be tied up for a few months. After that, I should be able to finish things up and create a new video. Let me know if you want any help in testing, my deep dark past is in product design so I know how tough this process is.
