I stopped playing competitive games too. It leads you downhill when you get to the point of just needing to click and play rather than just having fun. Not to mention other people are toxic. But quitting really helped a lot. Got my regular 6-8hrs of sleep compared to 2-4 when I used to game. Got more focus on running, taking care of my dog and practicing my guitar, I also improved my job performance. I still play single player games now and then for fun but I always limit my time. Life feels great lately and thanks to you too that Im more happy lately. Keep up the great videos Eric 👍
