Im in Belrose Brigade at the moment. We have old "Lizzy" the blitz sitting in our tanker bay still. Was great to see her in action on this show. So much history and time served in one vehicle.

I'm a current member at Belrose. We still have the 'Blitz' (The fire truck) not that it gets used - it's a museum piece. Do you know what year this doco was made?

It aired on 5/12/1971. They even printed a book after the 1971 series was produced with a spread on each episode.
