A Big Day For Thomas (Thomas' Train) GC Remake V3

Thomas the tank engine was grumbling to the other engines about only being used to fetch coaches but he is wanting to pull passenger trains as well. The other engines laugh at the tank engine, telling Thomas that he is too impatient and would more than likely leave something behind. Thomas is now more determined than ever to get a chance to prove them wrong.
One night, Thomas and Henry are alone in the sheds. Henry is ill and the workmen try their hardest to make him better, but to no avail and Thomas feels sorry for him. Henry feels just as bad the next morning and he is due to take the first passenger train of the day and Thomas is needed to get the coaches ready. Thomas starts to hope that if Henry is not able to pull the train because he is ill, then he might get to do it and he sets off to find the coaches. Thomas brings the coaches to the platform and is eager to run round in front at once but his driver doesn't let him, telling him to be patient and so, Thomas waits and waits. The people climb onboard, the conductor and stationmaster pace the platform, the porter closes all the coach doors and there is still no sign of Henry, which makes Thomas even more excited. Sir Topham Hatt steps out of his office to see what the problem is and the station staff then tell him about Henry. He orders them to find another engine and as Thomas is the only one available, Sir Topham Hatt allows the tank engine to take the train.
Thomas, full of joy, quickly runs around in front of the coaches and backs down to them, despite his driver again warning him not to be impatient. For some unknown reason - either the crew have forgotten to couple the tank engine to the train or the driver opened the regulator by mistake - Thomas ends up leaving the station without his coaches and the passengers are very surprised. As Thomas passes the first signal box, the men inside rush outside and wave and shout to him but Thomas thinks they are cheering. Thomas puffs down the mainline, thinking that pulling coaches is easier than what Henry told him. Thomas keeps seeing people waving at him and assumes it is because they have never seen him pulling a train before and gives them a 'thank you' peep from his whistle. Eventually, Thomas is brought to a stop at a signal set at "danger", which makes him cross and he blows his whistle loudly, alerting the signalman who comes running up and asks Thomas what he is doing on this part of the mainline. Thomas replies that he is pulling a train, but the signalman asks him where the coaches are, which then causes Thomas to look back and realizes, in horror, that he has left his train behind. The signalman advises Thomas that he better hurry back and fetch his train right away but Thomas is very upset at his mistake and almost cries. His driver tells him to cheer up and that they'll go back and have another go at pulling the train and so, Thomas sadly reverses back to the station.
At the station, all the passengers were talking at once, telling Sir Topham Hatt what a bad railway it was, but when Thomas comes back, they all see how sorry he is and forget to be cross with him and the railway. Thomas is properly coupled to the train and this time, he really gets his chance to pull his very first passenger service. Afterwards, the other engines tease Thomas for his blunder for quite some time, but the tank engine has already learned his lesson and to not make the same mistake again.
