C. Oregon expecting rain, ice or❄️? Our mountains already have 5 feet of snow- record! We’re 😂at 3000 ft. Protected by a large butte! Living on the butte, the butte can block even rain. 🎉Thank you Brandon! Happy New Year!

Difficult to say, it just all depends on elevation. Lower elevation rain and some snow. Higher elevation snow, and it could be heavy snow in the higher elevations.

The models will go up and down with potential snowfall amounts over the next several days. The trends are what is key.

The weather pattern will encourage a few snowstorms to move towards Erie, PA through the middle of January. I cannot speak on how much snow could fall because it's uncertain right now.

Will South Carolina see snow this new year
@WeatherOnTheGoForecasts18 күн бұрын

Snow in North Texas?
@WeatherOnTheGoForecasts18 күн бұрын
Certainly no snowfall for North Texas with the first storm this weekend. The temperatures will be far too warm for snow. The weather models have been hinting at a second storm system around the second week of January further south. It all depends on how cold the temperatures will be when precipitation moves in. I'll keep you updated.

@WeatherOnTheGoForecasts18 күн бұрын
There's a pretty decent chance for snow later this weekend (especially Sunday, Sunday Night and into Monday). Freezing rain and sleet will also be a possible precipitation type for Vincennes, Indiana. I'll keep you updated.

Hoping for a good snowstorm in chicago Sunday-Monday.. looks like it will be cold enough for once but the question is storm track.. hoping for 6+ inches 🤞🤞
@WeatherOnTheGoForecasts17 күн бұрын
Correct. Storm track will be key. As of now, it appears the biggest snowstorm of the season so far is coming late this weekend. But again, does it reach Chicago? Or just south? I’ll keep you posted.
