She actually got upset with me the first time I picked up her now 5 year old and talked to him like he was old enough to chatter back. He's the kid that eats glue and has REPEATEDLY stuck metal objects in wall plugs.

I so agree. People forget that Terri had dozens of offers from corporate moguls to buy the zoo when Steve died; it would have been so easy for her to accept one of them and go back to the US. But she chose to stay in her adopted home and see Steve's dream through, plus do an sterling job of raising two children as a widowed single mum. And Chandler is an awesome addition to the family - he's smart, handsome, loves animals and loves Bindi - what's not to like? The family is a credit to Australia. The haters can go kick rocks.
