I'm sorry but I'm disappointed with the nerf on Ruby. She was the lifesteal queen! 1st nerf was dominance ice/ seahalberg was introduced, 2nd nerf is when base hp was reduced and from tank/fighter, she became a fighter, 3rd nerf is when her lifesteal-to-spell vamp ability was changed to spell vamp only, 4th is when her passive spell vamp was removed (wtf right?) Now that her passive dash shield is all she got, you reduced it again. So what's next, Ruby the dash queen? while Phovius is around? My Ruby wr went from 75 to 49% in like 300 solo rank matches. What I'm trying to say is, Ruby doesn't deserve any of these nerfs. She's a cc queen? All her cc skills stun duration is only like 3 secs and she doesn't even have cc immunity will casting these skills. Disappointing.

It's honestly dissapointinging. I'm a solo Ruby player and have been for well over 2 years now. I have 1800 matches with 75% wr, but lemme tell you it used to be 79% at 1200 way before the update of spell vamp. In those 1800, I have 1200 ranked matches and it's getting harder and harder to keep up with new heroes, new items, and even this stupid nerf.
