That was absolutely gorgeous! Oh my gosh, I'm weeping. That was the perfect tribute to Ianto and Jack. The song and the speech...guh. Just perfect. And I love that this came from someone who barely knows Torchwood, it shows how vital Jack and Ianto as characters and a couple were to the show. Brilliant job.

OMG. I'm a huge Torchwood fan, and that was utterly heartbreaking. Love the way you used the radio play Ianto speech and bookended with Jack's line at the end of the play. Beautiful video.

8.5 years after watching this video for the first time, I am still sobbing my eyes out Q_Q I rediscovered Secondhand Serenade last night and this song came on my playlist and I just flashed back to this video and I started to recite Ianto's speech :'( I still can't believe his death affects me to this day.... Gareth and John are such sweethearts though, I'm glad I've met them since.

I'm not even a Torchwood fan and I loved this. I want to watch the whole series before seeing the Children of Earth episodes. But even for not knowing much about this show I just cried a little. Really, that is probably the best speech I've heard one man say to another, with so much emotion(even if it is just acting for the series), and with so much truth behind it.

I'd never watched the show until the miniseries, and I bawled my eyes out too. Now when I watch the show I keep thinking about what happens to him in the end and it makes me so sad.. but there's so many good times in the series. Beautiful video, great choice for music in the background, that speech is one of the best bits of writing in the show I think.

This just made me cry, and i didnt think i could still be upset about Iantos death....this is an amazing video, but it made me realise just how much i resent how they showed Ianto's death...he didnt even have a hero's death, and then there was miracle day, which was basically lauding how many other lovers Jack has had...i digress. great video, keep it up.

this is awesome, especially with the voice-over. Couldn't they just get a Ianto from the reality where Rose Tyler is now? If I can think of it they could make it happen! The chemistry between Jack and Iant was what made Torchwood so special...there wil never be another for Jack so well suited (no pun intended) as Ianto Jones. May he return from the dead!

Oh I'm so glad you watched the entire series. It really is quite good. Different from DW of course, but once you get used to it... Jack is an awesome character. I dunno. I felt that his relationship with Ianto wasn't explored enough before Ianto's death and I really hope Ianto will come back some how. All we have left is Gwen! I hope you make some more Torchwood vids in the future. ^_^

This video is amazingly well made. Ianto dying was heart-breaking enough but this is just beautiful, a wonderful tribute to the much loved character we all miss so much. I have watched many videos made for Ianto Jones' death but this was the first that actually made me cry as I watched it-which is saying something because I couldn't (even though my heart hurt enough to) cry at the scene in the show...I've been called cold because I can't show emotion very well and this actually made me feel**

One of the best videos I've ever seen. I love Ianto and figured once RTD started killing off members of Torchwood, the show was doomed. I guess I was right. I don't see Torchwood coming back anytime soon and although I love JB, he's busy with Arrow, and many other projects now. I really miss Torchwood and the whole cast. They were so good together.
