I think the anyone is relative. It’s considered “entry level” for a luxury SUV, which means it’s pretty much priced the same as a new equivalently loaded standard brand of a vehicle. For example the Toyota RAV4.

It is affordable for a luxury brand considering the average price of a mid-size luxury brand is 70K. Even Mazda is up there at 60K with the CX-90.

It might be “small”, but as a female, it’s perfect for those of us who want a cute crossover! I rented one recently on vacation and loved it! More than the X3 (rented on a different vacay this summer). And now I’m going to buy an X1 this weekend! :)

Me too. I pick mine up tomorrow. I found a 2025 with a trailer hitch. Space Silver Metallic. Stickers for $47,500. Settled at $45,400. Not too bad.

@kekec4 Loving it. Lots of fun. I wish it had paddle shifters, though. You can manually shift on the gear selector, but just not the same. Only other thing I could complain about is the lack of a glove box. Everything else is really good. Lots of compliments on the color I chose, space metallic.

X1 actually handles nicely and is peppy (but laggy). Better than the normal NPC CUV.

Lets stop normalizing these prices! Not everybody can afford a new bimmer, much less the insurance and maintenance. Set a realistic budget people. You are not a lesser person without this.

I had a 2021 and a 2022 BMW X3 and now a 2023 X1. The inside of the X1 is more modern and prettier and the gas mileage is much better than the X3 but if you want the BMW feel, the X3 is the one to go. It is much more solid and drives much smoother than the X1.
