⛏️G'day everyone! Welcome to my new series, Survival Let's Play! In this series we are just going to take it slow, take it chill and enjoy the process of building and creating in the wonderful world of Minecraft!⛏️
⭐In today's episode, I get started on a VERY BIG build on top of a custom and VERY BIG mountain! what secrets shall it hold inside I wonder... Nothing since it was such a big build that I will do the interior next episode! ⭐

Guy, I am sooo impressed!! I have been watching Hermitcraft for many seasons now, and if you are familiar with them, I would consider the quality of your builds and interiors to be up there with the likes of BdoubleO. Sooo sooo good. Even Pearlescent Moon, who's a fellow Aussie. Being an artist irl you can see how she "paints" with the blocks. And in my humble opinion, your colour/gradient choices show the same artistic eye. Your shaping too. The effort you put into the editing, music choice, even shader selection . . . top marks mate! Man I just ran into this video and it is amazing, but I would strongly recommend either taking out or cutting quite a lot the first cinematic sequence. It is really beautiful and really fucking cool, personally I love it, however the algorithm will not be generous with it and a lot of people will click off quite fast I think. Well this is advise for if u wold want to grow a lot, but if u prefer to keep it more like u want I completely respect that and u got my follow anyways ❤

i really love the block palette but i think it's lacking a bit of color, i would see a warped plancks roof or something like that

Awasays! I originally did do that! :O I used Warped planks/stripped warped hyphae with some wool and the prismarine blocks and it turned super cool and I really wanted to do that BUT I was not ready yet to tackle those pesky Guardians so I settled on the deepslate 😭. Once I get the courage to face them, we'll get those builds looking WAY more colourful! Thank you for watching and also for your awesome comment 🙆🏻‍♂️

Mountain looks great. Another type of texturing could have been to make the spots of andesite larger. Like 9-10 blocks together to create bigger spots. :) But yeah, great episode!

@@guytries Well for me it's something I haven't seen in a Minecraft video, it made me wanna watch the video just to see what this was all about you, which I wasn't disappointed with, as for whether you should make them shorter or longer I'd say it depends on what other people say and how time consuming it is. BasicKid, that is a fantastic question and it deserves an answer! My shader pack is - Complementary Shaders And for texture packs, I don't use anything fancy - just connected texture packs for glass and sea lanterns, better leaves, Freshanimations, and framed panes!
