24:23 so real, I'm the biggest introvert on earth and going to places where I don't know anyone is super scary for me... but I keep challenging me with doing so, so I get better at social situations and I think it's slowly starting to work

glad you’re back!! I’m for sure an introvert. I can appear as an extrovert sometimes but it takes a LOT of mental prep, energy and advance notice for me to go out and do certain social things 😂
