Fusing the Ice weapons and the Electric weapons would be best because frozen enemies count as soaked, so electricity does extra damage

all 9 of the blades are in the same spots you can find them in botw

Not exactly. Some were changed or had new placements due to not having placements in botw. For example, the flameblade was mostly found in chests, so I placed it where a great flameblade was in botw. The only weapons that share placements with botw is the thunderblade and great flameblade.

Just one take, the elemental blade ends should've used gleeok horns as a base, as they don't run out of elemental potency at all.

The elemental blades in the base mod don't lose elemental potency at all. But I considered using the Gleeok Horns as a base for the visual effect

I have a question and it may seem stupid but, how I do get multiple mods at once? I was able to get glowing right arm but I want to get the ancient weapons mod.

Some mods will work together fine others will not, depending on what they edit. There is a TOTK mod manager which released recently/is in beta I think. I haven't much experience with it personally. totkmods.github.io/tkmm/docs/#installation Assuming you are just wanting to use the "ancient weapons mod" & the glowing right arm mod you should be able to get away with using this: gamebanana.com/tools/15857#H3_3 The best place place for help is the "Tears of the Kingdom Modding Hub" which you can find a link to on the TOTK Gamebanana page.
