I like your thought about the LMA short story with the flowers and the frost. You are right that a little frost is a good thing! And I agree that The Inheritance could have used a little. 😆😆

I read one of her gothic tales that she wrote under A.M. Barnard?! and it was ok! 😬😂It reminded me of the stories Jo sheepishly wrote for the newspaper. 😅

I read The Inheritance in April and enjoyed it. I am going to put Little Women on my books to read!

What a storm! Alcott’s sensational stories are not my cup of tea either. I do love Eight Cousins (the Aunt Hill🤗) and An Old Fashioned Girl besides Little Women & Little Men. The allusion to wild apples versus grafted ones in “Regress” took me back to reading Thoreau for Alcott April. He made some similar observations! I enjoy much of Peterson in his podcasts/ conversations. Beautiful vlog 💕 Thank you for sharing the beauty with those of us wishing we had a “bit of earth” to plant and nurture 💕

Jesus of Nazareth is a Trilogy. My favorite is book 2 (which focuses on Holy Week). I tend to reread the trilogy every few years. I have been wanting to read “Love and Responsibility” by JPII. Also, looks like I should look into reading Pilgrim’s Regress. Thank you for the wrap up and happy reading.

Emma, I plan to start a discord channel that focuses on Theological reading. I am setting it up to start in June. Maybe we can read something together at some point.
