Not to get very personal and please feel free to not answer if you are at all uncomfortable, but when you say "hyperfocus", what does that mean exactly? When you are hyperfocused on something, is there any point that you feel accomplished? What has to occur for your "hyperfocus" to change to one subject to another?

@@cadmium1612 Hi so for me hyperfocusing is the only way I got good grades in school. An example - reading a book I really like. I tend to get shorter books, because if the book is long I may read all day only stopping for food and drink. It is like you put all your attention on that 1 thing or even 1 person. Usually my hyperfocus is stopped by the adhd or just time to go to bed or drive somewhere.
