This week I broke a rib at work and watching this was a mistake. Why did this week’s episode have to be so funny. I can’t explain the amount of pain I’m in from laughing. Your episodes should come with a health warning for the rib impaired.

@@beardonmyback3833 I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it was 6 weeks for me before I could laugh without it hurting. And that was just "possibly cracked", not actually broken. :-( For the most part, tho, the pain settled down after about a week, either through me getting used to it, or my body recovering enough from the initial bruising. What worked for me was finding a comfy chair that supported me upright, and trying to rest up and not move my torso too much, without moving so little I got stiff; a fine line with pain on both sides, I realise. Not a pleasant experience, and thinking back ten years on still makes me wince. Good luck with your recovery.

I think that wheel issue was caused by space engineers code where on load in it tries to get all wheels to be in contact with the ground

If you're having trouble synchronizing everyone's audio, try Craig. It's a Discord bot that sits in your channel and records everything, and then spits out a separate audio file per player that you can download and drag into different tracks in your editing software. It inserts silence at the start so that all the tracks start at the same time and stay in sync, so you can sync your track to your local recording, and then the whole chat is in sync with the video. It also means you're not reliant on everyone recording correctly and sending you the recordings, which IME makes things A LOT easier. You can check it out in any of my Minecraft videos or the last few Space Engineers ones.

My two cents regarding the ugly thrusters jutting out the bottom of the Nemo - you could built up a rotor for that jut to attach to, then grind it off from the main ship and rotate both the Nemo and the rogue thrusters to be in a better position before reconnecting them.

for the conveyor junctions from the suspension to the hull of the base you should use l shaped conveyor pipes, pipe them in to the offset to the preexisting conveyor junctions, paint them red or yellow and have them be "big ole brake lines" if your tracking on what im saying at all

If you could give the mobile base wooden floors, I think that's would looks really nice. Even the fblocks holding the windows if you used some armour panels to cover the sides. That would look great imo!

Not dead, just on a hiatus for a while. Unfortunately it seemed like people stopped enjoying these videos so I'm going to have to figure out a new way to do them in the future. Also I've been having a lot of success with the Zomboid video which has lead to explosive growth of the channel so I'm going to fan that fire for a min.

You asked for an exchange rate for upgraded engines, but in that same line of thought, I think any engines you recover should count as a token for an engine you can build. So instead of the Nemo having engines welded to it using pistons, and having to just accept the angle you could get them to, just say "Well we salvaged 5 engines, so we can build 5 engines" and install them in the correct direction/location to make Nemo fly normally.

one last thing, there's a mod for dragging and carrying built blocks like small thrusters and gyros so you dont have to use a landing gear to move small stuff, and the advanced welding mod for weld plates would make it easier to use the thrusters you salvage to make your own ships with the thrusters you have

I assume that there are space ships that spawn with both hydrogen and ion thrusts in both large and small grid. I think the trades should be 1 large grid small thrusts to 1 small grid large thruster of the same type and a loss of 20 steal plate and 20 construction components as a cost in either direction and it takes 9 small to make one large but 1 and vice verse with the same 20 plate 20 construction tax. But I think that you should only be able to convert ion and atmo thrusts to hydrogen but not back or across that way you can always get thrusters that are universal but need fuel but will still want the more specialty ones and be motivated to hunt them.

if you had the refinery with the refinery side up and the module side down, you'd still have "interesting looking piping" around the wheel underside once the modules are added, and your expensive modules would be less vulnerable to incoming fire. You need another conveyor block to connect the refinery to the rest of the conveyor system either way. I would also like to know more about these jokes that are incredibly accurate unless you can't taste old people.
