So glad you got to go. I used to work on the production team at Answers in Genesis, The Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and am also Aussie from Brisbane. I went to church with Dr Andrew Snelling. This visit of yours there is a real encouragement to me as I step out in faith in God on a massive calling that is so far beyond me that it honestly is a little scary, but oh so exciting.

Amazing what's been built using modern day technology, and humbling to think of the depth of Noah's faith to build an ark in the desert with no large body of water in sight, preparing for a devastating flood brought by our omniscient, omnipotent God to cleanse the world. We just got to go to the Ark Encounter this past year (during the 40 Days concerts, specifically the day when Cain and Stars GO Dim were performing) and it was one of the best experiences our family ever had together! It's both humbling and overwhelming to stand before and wander through an accurate replica of what God instructed Noah and his family to build. I'd also *highly* recommend going to the Creation Museum the next time you're out that way (it's around 40 minutes away from the Ark Encounter.) My parents and I personally enjoyed it as much or more than the Ark, we learned SO much! God bless! 🧡

Cool story! I went with my uncle, who was an army veteran. When we got in, a guy who worked there noticed it. He took us up to the upper deck of the ark, and took us out on the rim. The cool part about this though is this was before the top level was open yet. So yeah.

Haven't been to the Ark, but went to the Creation Museum this past summer. Not too far from the Ark. If you haven't, you should go to "Kentucky Down Under". It's a zoo with an Australian theme. It's not "too" far from Nashville. Go North on I-65.
