They both have equal stats, and you will need both to craft equinox tier. Go with whatever one you have the materials for or you think looks the coolest

They updated it, now you need to defeat all the mega bosses in pre hardmode (hydra, twins, eye of the storm and leviathan) which will then allow you to craft the atlas awakener portal
