Dearest friends, all ingredients are in subtitles, so please turn on the subtitles and enjoy the video.🤗🤗Poorna - The nature girl ❤❤ රස ගුණ පිරි ගොරකා.. ඇඹුල් රසයෙන් අනූන ගොරකා මුළුතැන්ගෙයට නම් නැතුවම බැරි කුළුබඩු වර්ගයක්.ඒ වගේම තමයි ආහාර පිසීමේදී රස කාරකයක් ලෙස මෙන්ම ආහාර කල්තබා ගැනීමට සහායකයක් ලෙසද අතීතයේ සිටම ගොරකා ප්‍රසිද්ධයි.ගොරකා ප්‍රභේද ලෙස රත් ගොරකා, මල ගොරකා, එළ ගොරකා සහ රට ගොරකා යනාදී වශයෙන් 4 ක් වුවද ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් එළ ගොරකා සහ රත් ගොරකා පමණක් ආහාර පිළියෙල කර ගැනිම සඳහා භාවිතා කරනවා.මල ගොරකා ආහාර සඳහා යොදා නොගන්න අතරම රට ගොරකා පලතුරක් ලෙස භාවිතා කරනවා. ඉහළ ආර්ථික වටිනාකමක් ඇති ගොරකා කිසිදු වියදමක් නොදරා පළ නෙලා ගත හැකි බෝගයක් මෙන්ම ආහාර රුචිය වඩවා බඩගින්න ඇති කරවන ඖෂධයක්.වියළා ගත් ගොරකා ලෙල්ල ආහාරයට මෙන්ම ඖෂධ පිණිසද යොදා ගන්නවා.උෂ්ණ ගුණයෙන් යුතු ගොරකා හදවත් රෝග සඳහා යෝග්‍ය වන අතරම..රුධිරගත කොලෙස්ටරෝල් මට්ටම පාලනය කරගැනිම සඳහාද ගොරකා යොදාගන්න පුලුවන්.අර්ශස් හා පණු රෝග සඳහාද ගොරකා ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂ ඖෂධයක්.ඒ වගේම ටිකක් මහත අය ඉන්නවානම් මෙන්න එයාලාටත් පොඩි විසදුමක් තියෙනවා.. ගොරකා දිනපතා ආහාරයට ගැනීමෙන් ශරීරයේ බර වැඩි වීම පාලනය කරගන්න පුලුවන් වගේම සිරුරේ සිනි ප්‍රමානය වපවත්වගන්නත් හැකියි..එමෙන්ම සිරුරේ පරිවෘත්තිය ක්‍රියා ක්‍රමවත් වීමට ද ගොරකා උපකාරී වෙනවා.ගොරකා මානසික ආතතිය,විශාදය අඩුකිරීමට උපකාරී වෙනවා.එනම් ගොරකා වල ඇඹුල් රසයට බලපාන හයිඩ්‍රොක්සි සිට්‍රික් අම්ලය මානසික ආතතියේදී ඇතිවන රසායනික සංඝටක පාලනය කිරීම සදහා ඉවහල් වෙනවා.තවද එදිනෙදා ජීවිතයේදී විවිධ ප්‍රයෝජන සඳහා ගොරකා යොදා ගන්නවා.මස් මාළු පිළියෙල කිරීමේදී ඇඹුල් සඳහා මෙන්ම ජාඩි පිළියෙල කිරීම සඳහාද ගොරකා බහුලව යොදාගන්නවා.නිවැරදිව ජාඩි හදන විදියත් ඉදිරියේදී ඔයාලා වෙත ගෙන එන්නටත් අපි බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා.. වියළාගත් ගොරකා ලෙලි සමඟ සුදු ළුණු බඳුනක දමා ආලෝකය නොවදින සේ තැබීමෙන් සුදු ළුෑණු බොල් නොවී කල් තබාගන්න පුලුවන් කියලා ඉතිං ඔයාලා දන්නවනේ.. අපේ රට කියන්නේ අතීතයේ ඉදලම සොබාදහමට බොහෝ ලැදි..වෙද හෙදකම් වලින් බොහෝ දෙනා සුවපත් කල මිනිස්සු ඉන්න රටක්..ඉතිං ඒ කාලේ ඉදලම යොදාගත් අත් බෙහෙත් සඳහාත් ගොරකා යොදා ගන තියෙනවා.වෙද හෙදකමට නම් මමත් බොහෝ සෙයින් ඇලුම් කරනවා මොකද කියනවානම්..එය මිනිස්සුන්ගේ යහපත වෙනුවෙන් සොබාදහමින්ම අපට ලැබුන ත්‍යාගයක් නිසා.ඔයාලා දන්න ඒ වගේ පුංචි පුංචි අත්බෙහෙත් වර්ග ගැන මාත් එක්කත් බෙදාගන්න අමතක කරන්න එපා.ඒ තරමටම මම පාරම්පරික වෙදකමට හරිම ආදරෙයී..♥️ගොරකා පළු තැම්බු වතුරට ලුණු ස්වල්පයක් දමා කකුල් සේදීමෙන් ඇගිලි කරු කැසීම් සඳහා ගුණ දෙනවා.උගුරේ අපහසුවට ගොරකා පළු ගම්මිරිස් ඇට, ලූනු සමව ගෙන අඹරා පොට්ටනියක් බැඳ කටේ තබා කෙළ ගිලින්න දෙනවා.එමෙන්ම මුකයේ තුවාල විදුරුමස් දියවීම සදහාත් ගොරකා යොදාගන්නවා.වියළි ගොරකා බික්, ලූනු ස්වල්පයක් සමඟ තලා තැලුම් ඇති තැන්වල තබා බැඳීමෙන් තැල්මට ගුණ දෙනවා.ඒ වගේම තමයි ගොරකා ශාකයේත් ප්‍රයෝජනයට නොගන්නා දෙයක් නැහැ.ගසේ මල් කොල පොතු මුල් ගෙඩි හැමදේම සිංහල වෙදකමේදී නිතර භාවිතා කරනවා.ඉතින් ගොරකා ගහක් ඔයාලාගේ ගෙදරත් අද හෙටම හිටවගත්තොත් ඔයාලාට නැතත් ඉදිරි පරම්පරාව වෙනුවෙන්වත් අපි යුතුකමක් ඉටු කලා වෙනවා නේද?..♥️ඉතිං වෙනදා වගේම ඔයාලගේ අදහසත් මට කමෙන්ට් එකකින් කියලා යන්න අමතක කරන්න එපා.තව තවත් සොබාදහමට ලං වෙන්න.උතුම් කෙනෙකු ලෙස මේ කෙටි දිවිය ගෙවා නික්ම යන්න.එය මගේ එකම පැතුමයි..තෙරුවන් සරණයි...!!! ඔයාලගේ ආදරණීය පූර්ණා ♥️ Gambooge is an indispensable spice in the kitchen.it has got high economic value and low cost of cultivating. Beautiful rural life. That fruit is red in your country. We have same in Kerala it is yellow in colour. It is dried smoked and used in fish curry instead of tamarind.
