@@glennjaffas6242 In my state, (WA) a classic car is any car made over 25 years ago. You get a "collectors" plate, and you have no emissions testing, and you don't have to pay for vehicle license tabs, either!

Car makers can’t even make electronic locks and ignitions that work, check out the Hyundai and Kia break ins. Now we have to use steering wheel locks. Imagine how bad this new 1984 tech would be.

I don't see anything wrong with a camera collecting data on seeing if the driver is watching the road. This would prevent people from texting and driving. It's really dangerous on these roads for everyone because many people don't obey the rules. If we had a system that would monitor driving as in driver facing cameras then most people would not be messing with their phones and causing accidents. Now as far as having a kill switch in a car or preventing a car from starting i think those two things could be dangerous and limit freedom in a bad way. The driver facing camera should be standard for drivers class B license as they are transporting people daily. Busses, limo, taxi's, etc. I'm a semi truck driver and all day there are people driving cars texting or talking on their phones with no headset.
