We came up the hill shortly after. I remember there was a family of Deer and they were looking at the Carnage, it was like, "Damn Humans again"....

You're lucky. I was out there from Illinois about two months after this apparent filming, and there was sooooo much repair infrastructure crap in the area immediately off rt. 138 then, there was no frikken chance (at that time) of getting off on the trails to get back to 582. Really ticked me off, too, as I came out there in part to propose to my GF up on Hill 582. Yeah, didn't happen. Had to use Cajon Junction instead. Whatever, huh????? We're married now, and it's all good, but we really need to plan another Cajon trip. Enjoyed your video!!!!

In that train with the 12 engines, is there a limit on how many locomotives can supply traction power?
@scoobycarr55585 жыл бұрын
Very nice catches, but first I have to disagree with some of the choices with which to view the train action. Looks like there was being too close to the tracks, which I believe is considered to be trespassing on railroad property. Unless you got permission from the railroad to view the action from these spots.

30.00 Minute mark - That type of footage is awesome. Good perspective without the fire hose effect. Great footage as always but I humbly suggest editing out the foot stomping bigfoot noise or try to avoid stomping around when you're recording. Keep up the great work.

Adam Dubois it's such a great location! It's named hill 582. It can be found easy on google earth ! It's the only hill near the summit that has trees

great camera, had to look at that new engine as not in my 2016 roster printout and see clearly on the side it is a C45AH. What camera, that Sony, were you using for that shot. at 42:25. And Oh, How about you Dodgers losing a few games so Dbacks can catch up.
@RRphotographer6617 жыл бұрын
Phil UP6903 haha unfortunately I don't think the Dbacks will catch up but, playoffs should be interesting

Yes, it was nasty timing that we pick up a 300 hitter and that 1st game he gets hit on the hand and out of the game. What luck. Dodgers have the highest or near the highest payroll, OUCH. www.spotrac.com/mlb/los-angeles-dodgers/payroll/ You better win.

@RyanFRails7 жыл бұрын
I have no idea. All I know is there was the Blue Cut fire ripped through Cajon Pass and that's about it. I don't know if it's been replaced because I don't live anywhere near the pass.
