Ashley’s healthy cookie dough recipe (Just mix everything together and freeze!)
1 Cup oat flour
2 Handfuls of Rolled Oats
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Peanutbutter
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch salt
Dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup

I try to get blueberries every day. I have frozen shoulder in my left shoulder, and blueberries (and chia seeds) are a good anti-inflammatory food. I got the C------- vaccine on Friday. Been so tired the past two days. But I was worried, because my right arm hurt so badly. I think I have some blueberries. It was my 4th one on Friday.

I prefer cooking over baking for the same reason. I think it's the artsy in us, maybe. Almond flour is low carb (I eat low carb everyday). Maybe try monkfruit sweetener it's a sugar substitute but not artificial. Also, the company ChocZero makes delicious chocolate chips & candies, syrups, etc. I'm not sponsored or anything.
