I would like to suggest if you could tell how you manage your health routine. Especially considering, once you mentioned you have Hypothyroidism. I too suffer from it. It has made me put on too much of weight and that is the major setback of my life. I too am taking very high dose of medication. At times I feel so lethargic. I know that certain work has to be finished, done but I can't do it rather I don't do it..And then I get angry with myself which shows the consequences on other things too.. How would you advise??

i can understand your feelings. I have gone through all these situations, weight gain, irritation, low in energy. I am still taking my medicines regularly 125 mg. try to be positive and read some good book but not on digital devices if you can. play and spent time with your kids. dont try to be alone....
