I am using i20 and I know how AC performs. Now I am planning to buy Kushaq 1.0, but not sure about the AC performance. Please tell me if i20 AC Performance is 100 out of 100, then Kushaq AC performance would be .... ? Compare to I20 how much of the difference in coooling?

The problem is vw is buying AC compressors from mudanjiang foton a chinese company. This is the only brand which buys it from them and we all know the quality of items from China. So they need to buy either from Sanden or from any other reputed brand. Jb hardware hi bekaar hai to software kitna kya kr lega.

It's not about mere China. They need a good vendor. China manufactures same stuff with different quality also but it's based on requirement prescribed by company. We don't get to choose which AC we can take in car. Nowadays cooling coil of most cars are getting changed in 1.5 to 2 years. So, deteriorating quality is the issue bcz of low cost measures by companies. But they shouldn't do cost cutting in AC or Headlights atleast. Many cars in India that don't have decent throw of lights. These are essential features and require quality. Maybe VW wanted to offer really cheap car to Indians in name of giving an inexpensive car. It has actually tarnished their image bcz earlier people thought they were giving quality. Indian specific models of any car manufacturer most need to evaluate for 3 years before purchasing them. Be it Mahindra, Tata or VW.

I'm facing issue with AC in my Kushaq after servicing. They did something called ACDC. Filter change kiye kuch. But ab jaise AC start hota hai AC se dhul ati hai pehle barish me mitthi ki khushbu ati hai us type ka. AC ka cooling better hua hai but AC ka function gadbad hua hai. Fan ka direction badlne ke bad fir cooling start hota hai sometimes. Kabhi kabhi band hota hai to bhu normal hawa ati hai. Recently I noticed 24 pe off kiya tha AC . Rat me thand thi to wo apne aap garam hawa de rha tha. Jitna tej bhagau utna garam hawa ane laga tha.

@@adarshnbidari you know it was not there when I purchased it in July I have style Automatic 1.0, but recently when I got changed all the components related to Amp module and air bags module (there is long story I will post sometime, due to water entering in Vehicle). There are some codes which are not properly setup and so I am getting the TPMS warning though the air is OK in the tires
