10 egg whites
200 g of sugar
14 tablespoons ground walnuts
6 tablespoons flour
BISCUITS WITH COCOA:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
on top of a teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
CREAM:
10 egg yolks
1,300 l of milk
150 g of sugar
160 g density (starch flour)
250 g of margarine or butter
150 g of walnuts
200 g of chocolate
200 ml whipping cream
DECORATION:
200 g of chocolate
200 ml whipping cream
