Constitution definitely give rights to every one but onlyn on papers ground reality is totally different specially under present far right regime things are becoming bad yo worse. Muslims houses and shops been targeted with plan under the eye of police administration take the case of uttaranchal where two young men are being booked for kidnapping a minor girl one of the accuse is hindu even but still they make a case as muslim conspiracy to elope hindu girl, whole muslim community of a town was punished their properties & businesses has been damaged they were force to migrate total boycott. They are systematically targeting all over India in the name of us & them.

As a follower of Islam, let me say we condemn every kind of violence against any human included non Muslims because Islam teach us not to harm any human being. There might be some Muslim who do inappropriate actions but you can't blame whole community and in case of Pakistan, you can't blame whole society. Therefore, minority might have issues in Pakistan which is common in every third country. Pakistan is far better than India in terms of minority situation, there are hindu doctors, member of Sindh assembly, business man or part of organisations. Other hand situation of minority in india is worse than ever before. Let me tell you the series of incidents happened against minority: 1. 1984 Sick genocide by Indian army 2. Babri mosque attack by Hindu mob 3. Gujrat genocide or Muslim in 2002. 4. Killings in the name of ram and cow. These are few but there are plenty of examples. Lastly I would say to all Indians that your parliament is ruled by extremist RSS ideology. Your P.M Modi is murderer who was directly involved in Gujrat genocide in 2002. He is a member of RSS, the ideology which also killed Gandhi. It's better for Indians to realise that India is not safe for minority specifically Muslim. There are hundreds of Human rights reports on this issue.
