Love my Orca. It is big, but not ridiculous. If you like G-Shocks, it’s great.

@@troll2637 I think that would work. However, the strap might have a lot of extra slack, and it's basically integrated. Definitely a watch to try on first, if possible (or get it from am online shop with a good return policy).

First time I saw it: "Hahah! What is that? Looks like a clown watch". Second time I saw it: "Oh, it has an Orca on the backcase. The design is not that bad". Third time I saw it: "I WANT IT!! THIS WATCH IS COOOL! WHY DO I HAVE SUCH A SMALL WRIST? WHY!?!?"

This is one of those watches that I would never buy, but I would be so happy to see it in the wrist of a person that actually uses it for the purpose that it was made; like a scuba diving instructor on my holidays 👌🏼

Think that the black version is very nice 👍. I have a citizen eco drive field watch style from 2007 and this watch is still going strong and doesn't miss a beat. I think that if you can pull the size of okay with the citizen orca you will have a good reliable watch.

I’ve a eco drive dress watch which I’ve had since 2000. That watch hasn’t missed a beat for 23yrs It gets the time changed twice a year and that’s it.

I always liked the design of these but never got around to buying one. Saw the blue bracelet version on Amazon EU at a great price and it's now on it's way to me. I wear G-Shocks from time to time so the sizing should be fine on my 7.25 inch wrist.

The 1Hz center second hand would drive me insane. And then there's the issue with the second hand not aligning with the indicies. Quartz watches with 1Hz second hands should be sub-dial only.

Citizen vs Seiko. For decades these two have lead the industry with so many innovations. But Citizen, time and time again, always seems to make the less aesthetically pleasing watch. And this one today is just butt ugly. Citizen can seriously trump Seiko if they just stopped making poor design choices.
