If you boil the can of condensed milk it becomes dulce de leche. It's delicious! It pairs amazing with strawberry and banana. The longer it boils, it gets darker and more solid. I do it on a pressure cooker because it takes 25 to 30 minutes. On regular pot it takes around 2 hours. You can also put the condensed milk on a pot with a small spoon of butter and a big spoon of cocoa powder. Mix it on low heat until it thickens and starts to get loose from the bottom. It's the best fudge you'll ever eat. It's called brigadeiro.

Cottage cheese is amazing, you can make it sweet or savory. I used to cut a peach in half and scoop out a little of the peach and scoop cottage cheese inside the peach and you can add honey on top! Delish! Also cinnamon sugar is good too!

You can do a lot with cottage cheese. You can do sweet or savory. Its good with tomatoes,avocado and salt & pepper. I also sometime sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader a Joe’s on it. For sweet it’s good with pineapple, or peaches. It sounds odd but it actually taste really good. I recently discovered cottage cheese from the brand called Good Cottage Cheese. It has probiotics and it’s the best tasting cottage cheese. I like the texture better too. I can eat the little 5oz containers and they are like 19grams of protein.
