They really give professional service and repair as praise by Bobby, my F30 engine still knock and leak oils after repair at their Puchong Branch. Told them to look into the Vanos Solenoids but they proudly told me the noise still bearable and repair require expensive overhaul. And from experiences, vanos won't cause the knock and insist to replacing the good flywheel. Paid 2K for flywheel but noise still there and strictly no refund. The car come back with missing screw/ cover and messed up wirings at engine bay. I have send the car to AB Ara Damansara whereby they replaced the valve cover and gasket, engine oil level sensor/gasket and vanos solenoids which solve the problem. And so many people praising like a wayang.

That's unfortunate. But granted, every car repair and maintenance places will have it's fair share of nightmares and fairytales told by different people encountering different scenarios. If I do a video praising how good AB is, I'm sure I will get people who come in and tell me their side of nightmare horror stories. I'm not saying what you said isn't valid, I can only say it's unfortunate. I've also experienced mishaps from some new staffs they hired that was rough towards my car by putting the car in Park without engaging the parking brakes on a slight slope and me witnessing it. But that doesn't take away the fact that the boss of Prestige is an honest and responsible guy towards his customers

I went to Prestige base on your praising from previous video and though of have same quality of technical service that they render to you. But i was really wrong as they seem to treat influncer differently. The puchong branch manager don bother to call back or reply whatsapp. Very atas attitude. Just throw me to the receptionist which have no clue on car. I spent 10k++ on Prestige incompetence services which aint cheap.
