In my family we would always put snacks into bowls, because a) sharing and b) that helps with tricking your brain, if you finish a smaller bowl your brain will think your stomach is fuller than when you eat half a bag by yourself. I love to use chopsticks for everything, I'll e.g. eat peanut puffs and such with them, only when I want to dip tortilla chips I use my hands. Have been doing this for at least a decade and I have stainless steel chopsticks that go into the dishwasher. Since I need to wash my hands a lot at work it really helps with keeping my skin intact, because I really hate touching anything with greasy/sticky hands and otherwise would always wash my hands after eating snacks.
