Train for Prestwick reminds me of when I was driving. Going over the Tay Bridge, a train of aviation fuel going to RAF Leuchars coming towards me . . . . with about a 6' high jet of flaming exhaust coming from the 37!

@@johncherrington6080 it is surprising what is expected from these locos, especially when the diesel isn't supposed to provide power unless requested.

Thanks Leslie. A thought: At around 6:30 there´s a local arriving on a track with two platforms. It looks as if the alighting passengers use the left sude doors and the boarding passengers the right side doors. I was wondering if this is the case - and if so - it´s a common practice also on other stations? Best regards//Pål

@@paleriksson3345 using platform 2 like that is a recent thing. At one time everyone got of and on using the eastern platform but Northern I produced this sensible method a couple of years ago
