Of all the rug cleaning channels, I have yet to see any of them do a weigh-in, before and after, of the carpet so we can see how much literal filth was removed from the carpet. Most people don't realize just how much dirt and crud can be held by a carpet. I would love to know exactly how much stuff was in those carpets before they were cleaned.

@klausd.628510 ай бұрын
@@JumpShotHD You are underestimating just how lazy a LOT of people are. I have had over 12 room mates. None of them cleaned. Ever. They would literally leave crap every where and eat out of dirty bowls with old food still in them. I can't stand flith and when I first moved in with an old room mate who was a friend, I started cleaning. I cleaned the crap out of the floors and walls. They asked if I painted because it went from brown to white... There are a lot of slobs out there. I thought the standard of being super clean was normal due to my mom and I always thought it was weird on how often we got comments on how clean the place was growing up.

Must be a real nice rug for all that work. Having done this for many years I start by getting hardwood floors and new carpet. Vacuumed a couple times a week and steamed a couple times a year it looks marvelous. Wall to wall carpet just attracts dust, dirt and slops that will smell up the whole place as if somebody used the head and didn't carry matches. Shoes off at the door with a few pairs of flip flops on hand for company. This is too many hours of work for a cheap Walmart rug.

I was wondering this myself. If the cost of this cleaning was less than the cost of the rug then this guy is seriously undercharging, though there is something to be said about the long term cost of disposable living. Also, how many cleanings will this rug survive? Finally, how much water was used to clean this small rug, and does this water get recycled?

I would not be cleaning that out of fear of removing evidence and then being deemed an accomplice😭😭

I think that's either dye left in the rug when it was made, or the owner tried to brighten up the color with some rit dye or something, lol.
