23:48 So funny thing about Silence staff targeting. Silence runs on a different targeting algorithm than Sleep and Berserk do, the Silence algorithm attempts to evaluate a character's threat level as a score. However, this score is only greater than 0 if the character has a staff in their inventory. There IS a check for if the character has a tome, which doubles their score. But if they have a tome and no staff, 2 x 0 = 0.

The ability is tied to characters, not the class so the answer is "Not without hacking he can't"

@@gamerezgazzer2751 I THINK I could if I promote Bors/Wendy. I'm not sure how it reacts to them not being armor knights, but the only flag I think it checks is whether or not they're promoted. Could be wrong though

@@femspaint2911pretty sure class doesn’t matter, promoted or unpromoted since they can use it both promoted and unpromoted in vanilla. Only in fe9 and 10 do Oscar and Boyd need to be promoted to use it (and Oscar needs to choose bows in fe9)
