I rediscovered A Change of Pace - Prepare the Masses three weeks ago. Such a good album. It makes me rage in the gym. So catchy. I remember playing with them in La Crosse at the Warehouse. Great show.

Good party song back in 07. 04-2012 was the peak for alt music. Theres good shit out now, but it just doesnt have that fuckin catchy high energy.
