I'm really digging it! It's refreshing to finally see a different flooring plan! I would change a few thing though! I wouldn't want the desk in hallway and I would take out that sink and cab in the other rm. That's set up for a border and I wouldn't need that!!

Right, because depending on where you are, the price can be different and this home is just hitting the market. Dealers set prices. That's why I always say to click the link and learn more. Let me break it down how I estimate price...current Sq ft. cost is ranging from 105 to 115 per sq ft. So then 1068x105=112,140 and 1068x115=122,820. A guess, but an educated guess all the same. Really nice home, unique layout. I love the foyer with the counter and built in desk. That would be my office. I've never seen a single wide with a guest suite before. The inverted porch in a single wide takes up too much space, I would rather have an attached porch.
