I am curious if you will keep watching Moxie Gardens if he gets a large amount of subscribers and had the opportunity to expand? Because I hope he does. I hope he gets millions of subscribers and can afford to buy a large piece of land where we can watch his talent expand to the fullest. I wish him every possible succes, and will be thrilled for him, just ad I was when Laura and Aaron went from a duplex with a backyard smaller than my house, to what they have now. It makes my soul happy to see people's dreams come true.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with monetized videos and land expansion. We should always wish success for YT’ers who spend their time and money for our entertainment. The more money they make, the more they can invest in their videos, the more we have things to watch.

If you ever got to the point that you were eligible or wanted to monetize your channel there is absolutely nothing wrong with that! You are a gifted landscape artist and builder and you deserve any monetary benefits that come your way. All of this costs money, even with diy and repurposed materials. Also, I found your channel a few weeks ago and it’s been such an inspiration and pleasure to watch💕

I suggest if you haven’t gotten your chickens, yet that you consider silkies. I have a vegetable and flower gardens. Both of which your average backyard chicken will destroy. If you want to allow your chickens out of their coop and have them wander freely, silkies will not destroy your gardens. I have a section of the yard that is totally off limits to my dogs and to the chickens until this summer the dogs are still out but I have several silky chickens that run the yard and I’ve not lost one flower plant to the birds. I am now in the process of expanding my silkies and later on eliminating the larger birds. The ones that destroy everything. Silkies are the Way to go. And with your whimsical fairytale garden, they will fit right in. Hopefully this message gets to you before you purchase your chickens. Please do a little research on them first. Good luck.

Oh my goodness! You are such an artist and gifted builder. My start with watching gardening channels was with GA when it was relatable to me. They're obviously making a fortune for themselves, but I rarely watch anymore. You, on the other hand, are genuine and inspire me so much. My garden will never be the magical canvas as yours. Moxie Gardens for the WIN!!! I love your videos!!!

I agree about GA. I love what they do but for me it isn’t reality. I found myself getting depressed because I couldn’t do my garden to the scope of what is done there. I love to watch gardening on a much smaller budget friendly scale. I just recently found this channel and so far I am loving the content.
@olgabykov26306 ай бұрын
Hi! Wanted to share my take on GA since I watch them too. I like that they have no drama content and I don’t mind seeing a completely different scale from my .17 acre property. They have a ton of very usable tips and very informative. It gives me inspiration that they’re simple humans like everyone else who put their minds and hands to work and doing something with the property they have. Just amazing that if only people have the will to do something and they get at it and persist-where they can end up in life. Too many lazy ppl out here these days who do nothing with what little or much they have. I mean look at all of my neighborhood-just a few do something with their yard. None of it has to cost a fortune. Grow your plants from seed packets and shop “free” section of Craigslist and you can get so far! Anyways, I like to expose my imagination to different types of gardening and learn from all and take something home. Eventually I’ll end up somewhere with it.
@d.wilbur51646 ай бұрын
@@olgabykov2630 To each their own. I garden on my 2 acres alone. I don't have anyone to pull my weeds, or tractors galore, and I don't sell tools etc. How they're unrelatable to me is that there's more selling on their channel than any other. A tree haul for me is a five foot tree sticking out the back of my trunk. I don't see the imagination on their channel that I do on Moxie Gardens. We all measure what brings us joy differently.
@LeanneD45 ай бұрын
I have such mixed feelings about GA these days. On the one hand, I absolutely love seeing folks be able to achieve unbelievable affluence doing what they love. Especially such good and genuinely nice people as Laura and Aaron. I also love the fact she’s inspired and taught thousands (if not more) new gardeners. That said, she’s a commercial gardener now, not a home gardener. It’s hard to find relevance to what we regular folks face in our gardens. I miss the days of her in her townhouse garden doing home gardening videos. I still watch daily, though, and enjoy seeing them live their American dream. Moxie Gardens is a lot like what GA used to be, and I love that so much. ❤️

Your garden never ceases to amaze! Maybe consider native coral honeysuckle, Lonicera sempervirens, instead of trumpet vine. It is hardy to zone 4, fast growing, and gorgeous. Hummingbirds love it so much, and it’s far less aggressive than trumpet vine. Mine is partly evergreen, and it has blooms every month of the year except January, with loads of blooms in spring through summer. (I’m in north GA, so warmer than you - it might not remain evergreen and have winter blooms in KS.)

You are right! I started watching you because of your moon gate! But it was YOU and all of the other projects that have me coming back! The ladder seems out of place. It doesn't add anything. I would remove it and save for another project. LOVE the chicken coop. Some flower boxes under the windows would be cute. Also, the yellow door seems like it needs some design or ornament on the front. Not sure what though. I presume you will "contain" the chickens in a yard area otherwise they will destroy your plants. Section off the front of the coop inside. That coop is way more room than they need. Also, you don't want them to have access to exit the front door when you open it. (chickens are hard to catch). The other benefit is that the area you section off would be the place that you store the food and supplies. We would keep our corn in metal trash cans. Anyway, I am so impressed with ALL that you've done! It is gorgeous and VERY inspiring! Now I am planning projects for my yard! Thank you so much for sharing!
