Rejecting the Triune God revealed in scripture leaves one with a false god and thus without salvation (2 Corinthians 11, 1 John). This is an essential doctrine in scripture. William Branham was a self proclaimed prophet who ministered in Jeffersonville Indiana some years ago. He still has followers today. He denied that Jesus was divine when he died his atoning death on the cross and also denied the doctrine of the Triune God. He fails the orthodox test of a prophet and is thus to be avoided.

This is not who the God of Scripture is. The true God is eternally 3 persons which is why some texts have God speaking to God or a God on earth calling down fire from a 2nd divine person in heaven. Look at Psalm 110:1 and Genesis 19:24.

In Matthew 28:19, we acknowledge that the following is written: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.” However in Acts 2:38, Peter said: “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” My question is: What changed between Matthew 28:19 and Acts 2:38? However, I was the one who asked a question which is still unanswered. I am now going to answer the question you just asked: There are different dispensations in the Bible. Moses (who wrote Genesis) did not know Jesus Christ, he wrote it from his gatherings from Enoch of Egypt, which is of the old dispensation. Jesus Christ is the manifestation of God (in flesh)...this is where the New Testament started. Moses wrote Genesis while in the wilderness. We can go back to these scriptures as shadow but we cannot live by them. We live by Grace; we were saved by the Grace of Jesus Christ. These things can only be unfolded by a vindicated prophet of God, which is Bro. William Branham. You were conditioned to believe what you believe and I can’t blame you for that. My advice to you is be the best Christian you know to be. Leave everything else up to God. And never speak against something just because it was not revealed to you. In one of those instances, they picked up stones to try to kill Him “for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God” (John 10:33). When Thomas (a disciple who doubted that Jesus had been raised from the dead) met Christ after the resurrection, he exclaimed, “My Lord and my God!”-and Jesus accepted his praise (John 20:28).Jesus told His disciples, “I and the Father are one… Whoever has seen me has seen the Father” (John 10:30, 14:9).

It is the one true God made manifest in the flesh. The invisible God making Himself visible. God the son makes Him one of three gods. That's idolatry. You can't say trinity and say it's one God. God "manifested" himself in the flesh. He wasn't an eternal son, but He was God incarnating Himself. He was begotten of the Holy Ghost (hmm...that means that the Holy Ghost was His father.... ). How wonderful to see a young man telling people about the Lord Jesus Christ! The word "Trinity" is not in the scriptures. Deuteronomy 6:4 tells us "hear O Israel: the Lord our our Gody is one Lord." The Trinity as taught by all major Christian denominations is a man-made doctrine, dogma, creed… Truly our Lord is one Lord who manifests Himself in many forms throughout history and yet today. He manifests Himself as our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost, the Pillar of Fire by day and the Cloud by night that led the children of Israel through the desert, and the PROPHETS all through the ages! Remember the story Jesus spoke about, " A certain man had two Sons." That certain man was God's predestinated Son's. Signs and wonders do not always vindicate people who claim to be prophets, both the 1 covenant and 2nd covenant warn us about this, see deuteronomy 13 and Matt 7. The true test of a true prophet is their theology of God and Jesus and their fruit. See 1 John 4, who is Branham's Jesus? Is his Jesus the Biblical Jesus?... it certainly is not since he taught Jesus was an attribute of God, and that Jesus was adopted as God's son on the mount of transfiguration, and that Jesus ceased to be God when he died on the cross. That is in multiple ways a different Jesus than the true one of Scripture. I would out of love for you urge you to search this out in Scripture more thoroughly for the sake of your soul. I understand the emotional pull of hearing great stories of an alleged prophet of God but when we find out that a certain person taught a different Jesus we need to see to whom we are more committed to.. the Biblical Jesus or to Branham? And as to you claiming that Branham said the Godhead was a mystery he sure contradicted that by the many dogmatic statements he made concerning people's understanding of God.

That is the sign of a true prophet! with signs and wonders following. Always preached from God’s word, always directing people to Christ. There are so many witness testimonies available to watch from those that were there, those that were on the receiving end of these wonderful gifts, and also who experienced the presence of God that followed him. A false prophet will ALWAYS have his own agenda, whether that is riches, women, fame, lust, greed, etc never will a false prophet point you constantly to the word of God and have no interest in glorifying themselves or personal gain. 3 persons or trinity teachings are paganism! It speaks of testing a prophet and is very clear that even if a prophet has signs and wonders, but if he leads you after other God's he is a false prophet. So it is not signs and wonders that are the test but doctrine. Did Brahnam lead people to the God of the Bible? 2. Can you please read John 1 verse 1 and see that there are 2 divine persons existing simultaneously? Also Jesus' baptism where 3 divine persons are existing simultaneously? 3. When you mention Jews and their theology I would ask for you to make a distinction from biblical Jews vs modern rabbinic Jews. Because based on the Torah and prophets the Jewish scriptures do in fact in many places teach God's complex unity. Could you look over Gensis 1 26, genesis 11, genesis 18 and 19 and Isaiah 63? Also would you be interested in meeting in person to discuss more over the bible in a respectful way? I will listen to any verse you would want to show me. In verse 19:14 “For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it.” He sent down his two angels that he took with him and he (THE LORD) singular stayed with Abraham his chosen seed. So where are your 3 persons of God in this ? Sorry but they are not there! Why ? Because God is not 3 persons! False doctrines have been making their way into the church since the day’s of Paul which he mentions a couple of times in his letters, this trinity teaching is a false doctrine. In Revelations Jesus shows it to John that through the church ages (Ephesus to Laodicea) it would start as a deed, move into a doctrine, and by the last church age Jesus would be completely on the outside....the first four ages they kept his name but by the time the fifth age(Sardis) came his name had been removed! “Thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead” The NAME of the LORD - Jesus Christ had been removed and now they were baptising in trinity titles, and making Jesus 100% part of a trinity. It started here and there in Paul’s day and now in the final age Jesus Christ is no longer God in his own church he’s on the outside and been replaced by a pagan trinity!

Perfect example of reading your theology into the Bible and not reading the whole Bible. Jeremiah 33 v 27 Behold, I am the Lord, the God of ALL FLESH: is there anything to hard for me? God is the God of all flesh. In (John 1 v 14) shows where Jesus took on flesh and (Philippians 2 v 6-8) shows where Jesus humbled himself and became a servant. In (Psalms 45 v 6-7) verse 7 shows that God has a God, and Jesus is God that took on flesh, Jesus flesh is subject to the Father, and that is why Jesus has a God even though he is God, The Trinity. 1 Corinthians 8:6 says only one God and one Lord, and if you read your doctrine into this verse and ignore the rest of the Bible, then yes you would see it that way. But, when you study and not skim you will see your error in thinking. Revelation 11 v 15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, the Kingdoms of this world are become the Kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall Reign for ever and ever. But, (1 Corinthians 8 v 6) says that there is only one Lord, and the one Lord is Christ, but here it called God Lord and then his Christ. When you assume a doctrine, and then pick verses out of the Bible you can make it say almost anything. -------- Romans 15 v 6 says that God is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Isaiah 44 v 24 says that God created everything alone. So who was God talking with? God was talking to someone who helped him create, and we are made in the image of the person God was talking to. Deuteronomy 6:4 says the Lord our God is ONE, not three. Message believers/ Branham followers think that William Branham’s teachings are biblical, but he contradicts the Bible in incredible ways. He also made many prophesies saying “thus sayeth the Lord” that did not actually happen. If that weren’t enough, he even contradicted himself, lying about different stories and even his birthday. Yet we were taught not to question or doubt anything. We were taught to take things at face value. If he said the miracle happened then it did, if he said he prophesied something or that something he prophesied happened, then it did. We wouldn’t fact check or cross reference his own words. Thankfully I’m a regenerate believer in Jesus Christ now and sharing my story so hopefully more people will get out of that cult and start walking in the light.

The trinity though is never stated in scripture anywhere, neither the word trinity nor the strict formula of one God three persons. It is only implied at best. Most people hold to it though not necessarily because it’s in the Bible but because people can’t accept that the majority of the church could be wrong for so long. The Father is the “only true God”as Jesus stated in John 17:3. This verse alone contradicts the trinity formula. 1 Corinthians 8:6 says But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him”. Again this verse teaches that the Father is God and at face value this verse totally contradicts the trinity. Who is Jesus then? The only begotten son of God, just as he claimed many times. Jesus is himself divine(God) in his nature because he is just like his father. That is why John 1:1 declares him God or “divine”but that doesn’t change the fact that he is God’s son and not God himself. He existed in eternity past with the father and created the world. The Holy Spirit is God’s spirit so the Spirit is a person because God is, but the Spirit is not a separate entity from the Father or the Son. The advocate mentioned in John is the glorified Messiah himself dwelling in the believer or Christ in us the hope of glory. This is why Jesus said “ I will not leave you as orphans I will come to you”. Notice how every epistle has a greeting from God the Father and The Lord Jesus Christ but no greeting from the spirit. Also in Revelation it says “hear what the Spirit saith to the churches” and it is Jesus himself talking, not a third individual. P.S. I’m not a part of a cult. Although it takes a revelation to know that God is one and the same person. The revelation comes from the Holy Spirit, just as the Lord when He was here on earth said. It is not difficult to debunk the Trinitarian doctrine which started in the Nicean Council. There was no such a doctrine in the primitive church. The matter of fact is that trinity is not found anywhere in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. I have read the Bible over and over and still have not found it. There is one person in the Godhead, but with various attributes. God is a spirit and those who worship him must do it in spirit and truth. The words I say to you I do not speak on my own; but the Father who dwells in me does his works."] There are so many scriptures in the Bible telling us that God is one person not three. Nevertheless, I still acknowledge that it takes a revelation from the Holy Spirit to truly know that God is really one. For example: the Holy Spirit is God. Why do I say so? God is a spirit according to the Bible and God is holy. You put those two together, you get Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the Father, this is biblical, if you go in the Book of Luke Chapter 1 verse 26 to 37, it relates when the angel (Gabriel) appeared to Mary and announced the coming of Jesus, I am just going to quote the part where he (Gabriel) says, " The Holy will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God." Thus the Bible makes it pretty clear who the Father is (Holy Spirit). There we go, it is same person, just different attributes or qualities or even positions. Definitely not three distinct persons!

The father is the true father of Jesus. The Holy Spirit overshadowing Mary doesn't necessarily make him the father but simply presents the notion that he works in complete unity with the Father and the Son to accomplish the purpose of the triune God w/o being the father and the son.

Yes , but my first question was who is the real father of Jesus Christ. Because on your explanation are tree diferent persons with tree diferent personalities . How God the father can be if the Holly spirit is on other person . You right one company can have 3 people working on the same project but can’t be one person can be the same project but each one is a diferent person and you can not substitute one person to do the job for the rest of two . The Bible is not a book to understand by reading only. A christian argues the trinity? Well then his not a christian. All through the old and the new testament God has bodies/Malachs/Avatars. He splits himself up and uses bodies. Its not modalism or trinitarianism. I will give an example of the inconsistency of trinitarianism. They say three persons but one god. Yet they fail to acknowledge the 7 spirits of God thats also are personified as persons. Or that the Spirit divided himself up into 120. Or that if the 3 are co-equal and eternal, why the Spirit is not knowing of the who the father and the son is.

God does not split himself up. We know this because for example in Genesis 19:24 we have Yhwh on earth calling down fire and sulfur from a 2 Yhwh out of heaven. This teaches that more than 1 divine person interacts with each other not that 1 person is split. Also interpreting the book of revelation without acknowledging the symbolism it contains is guaranteed to lead to error, thus your objection about the 7 spirits of God does not challenge trinitarianism.

@@aletheiaministries2020 i beg to differ. Rev and isaiah says there are 7 spirits of God. And acts shows toungues of fire seperated and rested onto the 120 people. So yaweh can be a seperate yaweh like when he sends his Malak before israel and then he dies the work the angel is sent to do. And jesus saying the son of man who now is in heaven, while being on earth. So to avoid the seven spirits with seperate personified personalities, then it shows an avoidance and not addressing scripture. Or if Jesus says the Father is the 1 true God, then is the Father a trinity?

The 7 spirits of God text I have already responded to, I did not avoid that comment. Please re read my response to that above in the comments. And as to your question on John 17: no the father is not a trinity.

So 9 persons in your trinity. Cool. Yet u say the seven spirits does not challenge trinitarianism. Ha a 9 person triune being. But the father is the 1 true God and his not the triune being? So are you saying that your trinity is not co-equal as the father is the 1 true God and the other 2 are not the 1 true God but sub gods? Speaking of co-equal why is the spirit not knowing of the father and son? But i will now challenge your 2 Yawehs statement with your own words. @@jaredpetersen277 the 7 spirits of God objection is based in a book that tells us in the 1st chapter to interpret it symbolically so there is no punch to your objection. ('7 spirits of God' symbolizes something, the 'beast' symbolizes something, the 'dragon' symbolizes something ect.) On John 17 yes the father is the 1 true God. But keep in mind that John has already told in the 1st verse of his gospel that there is more than 1 eternal divine person and so with that presupposition in mind Jesus' statement in John 17 is in no way a negation that he as the eternal son shares the substance of God with the father. To interpret John 17 as you are arguing is to make John contradict himself. And on acts 2 no I did not say that the Spirit divided on the 120 but rather the 1 Holy Spirit filled all 120.
