There’s no space between Cutty and hunk. It’s Cuttyhunk.

I'm glad that I just stumbled across your great video! I had sailed with the BHSC for several years before I bought my own boat in 2010. I have never done the circumnavigation of The Cape, but have sailed around Narragansett Bay, and up to P-Town MANY times. Also, I brought my boat from Warwick, RI. to Ft Myers, FL in 2020. You are SPOT ON with regard to the Trump sycophants' ruining what would normally be boaters enjoying each other's company, sharing good times, and talking about boat things. Dodging the "Political Boat Parades" was a major pain during that entire trip south, and caused us to avoid socializing more than Covid.

Thanks for reaching out! The channel is alas way behind, hoping I find some spare time to do more editing! We are now based in Ireland after crossing the Atlantic with the new boat in 2022

great vids! I sail out of Boston Harbor Sailing club. Great to see the home harbor on youtube! Do you have radar onboard? With that fog did you just keep an extra careful eye out for other vessels or some other device? Thx! I will look out for Solitude next time I am down there (prob this week haha)

Very cool - that's where I keep the boat! No radar, but we do have an AIS receiver (no transmit) Feel free to say hi - all the guys there know me.

When you're beating, the foot cord on the jib shouldn't be flogging like that (no part of a sail should ever be flogging). You have two options, depending on what's going on at the top of the sail. Either tighten up the foot cord or move the car aft. Thanks for the video. P.S. Get a long-handled scrubbing brush before you have a mutiny on your hands.

Thanks - the foot cord is pretty maxed out on this, and the issue is there's a slight tear on the foot. It's already been repaired with sail tape - but needs to be stitched, as it alas doesn't hold it's form in breeze. Agreed on the brush, haha that thing sucks..

Nice job on the video. Could have used without the divisiveness though. Weird. Don't come to New Bedford. Annoying choice of music for the part around Race Point.

I know, don't you love these people who move here then bash our political system? I guess since Ireland is rotten with drugs alcoholics and domestic violence, homelessness, hate crimes and all the land is sold off to the Germans so rent increases 11.7% a year they are so superior.

Thought about subscribing until the July 4th anti-Trump pan… if you don’t understand this country, don’t contribute to the bigotry.
